Paragon Development and Worldwide Commercial bought the 5501 Independence Parkway office building in Plano. The property is a 57,000-square-foot office-medical office building at the southwest corner of Spring Creek and Independence Parkway. Chris Castillo, Erin Leibfarth and Jerad Rector of Worldwide Commercial brokered the sale.
Woodbridge Centre, a 22,063-square-foot retail center in Wylie at 803 and 805 Woodbridge Parkway, has been purchased by Asset Preservation Inc. Venture Commercial’s John Zikos brokered the sale with Jason Vitorino at Strive Real Estate.
Valdalebrook LLC bought a 6,000-square-foot office building at 620 James Drive in Richardson. Jimmy Pham of Concept Commercial Realty brokered the sale.
An investor purchased a 15,000-square-foot medical building at 3024 Highway 121 in Bedford and also purchased 19,800 square feet of vacant land next to it for additional parking spaces. Darrell Hurmis and Lily Chang of Henry S. Miller Cos. brokered the sale.
IM Bardin LLC sold the 9,358-square-foot Bardin Professional Center at 2304 W. Bardin Road in Grand Prairie, to Nabua Property Holdings LLC. Leigh Richter and Erik Blais of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale.
J & C Warehousing LLC leased 70,400 square feet of industrial space at Miller Road Business Center at 3650 W. Miller Road in Garland. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with John Hendricks of CBRE.
Beyond Imagination Entertainment leased a 41,667-square-foot space at the Technology Industrial Center at 10155 Technology Blvd. East in Dallas. Venture Commercial’s R. McGregor Converse negotiated the lease with Rosebriar Properties.
Safe Harbor Marinas LLC signed a 25,191-square-foot office lease in Signature Exchange Tower at 14785 Preston Road in Dallas. Ben Davis and Robert Blount of CBRE negotiated the lease with Chris Taylor, John Fancher and Doug Jones of Cushman & Wakefield.
The Dallas Morning News leased 24,376 square feet of industrial space at 12019 Corporate Drive in Dallas. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Todd Awe of TAG Realty.
Briggs Freeman signed a 22,624-square-foot office lease at 3131 Turtle Creek Blvd. in Dallas. Lauren Napper and Trey Smith of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease.
